UNOPS: UNOPS uses EnABLE to conduct assessments of partner government’s infrastructure enabling environment as part of our projects to identify opportunities for improvement and delivery of targetted technical assistance to build capacity.

Government Partners: Governments can use EnABLE to assess the capacity of their infrastructure enabling environment for baselining and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Infrastructure Enthusiasts: Individuals interested in infrastructure development can access a limited version of the tool for completion of high level assessment and learning purposes.
